DUPLIN COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

AWARDS LOCAL GRANTS

The Duplin County Community Foundationhas awarded more than $12,000 to local nonprofit organizations through the annual Duplin Community Grants Program and the Duplin Foundation for Youth Advancement.

“These grants help organizations that are providing pivotal services in Duplin County,” said Ed Emory, Chair of the Duplin County Community Foundation Advisory Board.

”The Foundation board has worked hard to build our local endowment fund so we can continue to provide these grants to local nonprofits, and the annual Sheriff’s Ball is the primary fundraiser for the Duplin Foundation for Youth Advancement.

“All the money we raise in Duplin County stays here, and we are pleased to support the organizations that give so much back to our community.”
