Aetna Business Alliance Portal – Reference Guide

Introduction

The following reference guide details the process of registering and logging in to the Aetna Business Alliance Portal, and provides instructions for how to access marketing, training and other material available on the site.

Registration (Alliance Firm)

The following details the process of registering firms in the Aetna Business Alliance Portal.
Step / Action
1. / Click the Register Now button on the Aetna Business Alliance PortalLog In screen
2. / Select the Fulfillment Manager option and click the Continue button
Step / Action
3. / Complete the Firm and Fulfillment Manager screen, then click the Continue button
4. / Note Aetna’s E-mail Policy, available by clicking the Why are we asking for your e-mail address link

5. / Review the Portal Acknowledgement screen and click the Continue button
6. / Click the Add button to add the firm’s users to portal user list

7. / Complete the Add Agent/Broker/Employee screen, then click the Continue button
8. / Click the Add button to add additional users to the portal user list < OR > the Back button to return to the Aetna Business Alliance PortalLog In screen
