-  Present the EaP GREEN project to Steering Committe members

-  Establish the project’s Steering Committee

-  Train Steering Committee members on the UNEP SPP Approach

-  Designate the National Focal Point on SPP

-  Agree on project’s administrative and financial management modalities

-  Determine the project scope (central government, local government...)

-  Complete the Status Assessment Questionnaire
