Winter/Spring SEMESTER 2016

Kewaskum Club

ALL Rise & Shine Program Attendees must be members of the Boys & Girls Club

New members must submit a Member Application and minimum annual membership contribution of $65 per child (or $150 for families of 3 or more children). Membership Applications are available on wcbgc.org and at any of the four Boys & Girls Clubs of Washington County’s locations.

Members must be ages 7+for the morning program.

Busing available to Wayne Elementary in the morning.

-Bus leaves @ 8:00am

Rise & Shine Program Info

Time: 6:30-8:40am

Cost: $13.00 per week (per member)

If school is closed for in-service, holidays, or

Inclement weather, the Boys & Girls Club

Rise & Shine program is also closed.

Payments can be made weekly, monthly, or by semester. However, fees MUSTbe paid by end of day Friday for attendance the following week.

Breakfast Info

Members can get breakfast through Kewaskum Elementary School Breakfast Program

• Breakfast is served through the school’s meal program
• Breakfast is served from 8:00-8:30am daily
• Free and reduced meals are applicable
• Please make sure your child’s meal account is up-to-date as they pay through their school lunch account
• Payments for meals must be paid to the school; Payments for meal accounts will NOT be taken by the Boys & Girls Club
• Contact the school’s food and nutrition department with questions
• Members are not required to eat breakfast, just to attend with the rest of the group until members finish eating. Club activities resume as members begin to finish breakfast.
