Rules
This tournament is USBC Certified and is open to all members and non-members. Only those participants who are members of High School Bowling prior to bowling will be eligible for USBC awards.
Divisions:
Boys Scratch (175 average and above)
Girls Scratch (160 average and above)
Boys Handicap (174 average and below)
Girls Handicap (159 average and below)
Entries:
Fee is $25.00 ($7.50 expense fee, $17.50 award fee). 100% of award fee will be paid out in scholarships.

Scholarships:
Awards will be paid out in scholarships with a ratio of at least 1 in 4. Any ties for 6th place and lower, the money will be added together and split.
Format:
Bowl 3 games across 6 lanes, cut to top quarter of the field including ties, pins will carry over. Bowl 2 more games across 4 lanes, cut to the top five (no carry over) and then do step ladder finals.
In case of a tie when determining places for the step ladder finals, the tie breaker will be the 5th game bowled during qualifying. Any ties during the step ladder final while be determined by a 9th and 10th frame roll off.

12:00pm check-in starts @ 10:45am
Eligibility:
Open to all current members of a high school team in District 1 of the Wisconsin High School Bowling Conference.
Handicap:
Handicap will be 90% of 175.
Averages:
1. USBC Youth average from the 2010-2011 season, 21 games or more.
2. Current average as of February 11, 2012 from a USBC Youth certified league, 21 games or more.
3. None of the above, the bowler will be assigned an average based on their fill percentage from the current conference season X 220, with a minimum entering average of 120.
Example: fill rate of 49.64% x 220 = average of 109.00 for this tournament you would use the minimum of
120. Fill rate of 70.55% x 220 = average of 155.
