  2. CTC 04-02: Transplantation of UBC from MUD in patients with haematological disease using a non-myeloablative preparative regimen - Rachael Hough:Open and recruiting. Target recruitment 60 patients with 13-16 centres. Age range 2-60 years.

  5. CTC 07-01: Prospective Phase II Study: BEAM-Campath RIC Allo for MCL (in 1st response)– Simon Rule, Nigel Russell.
  6. CTCP 07-03: Prospective Phase II Study:Reduced Intensity Allografting for Chemosensitive Hodgkin Lymphoma (ReACH) - Karl Peggs, Emma Das Gupta:This study is for patients following first relapse who have achieved a PR (CT-PR or PET+) on salvage therapy. Sib only, FMC allograft.

CTCP 08-01:Prospective Phase II Study: Pilot of Allogeneic Immunotherapy in Refractory Disease (PAIReD) – Karl Peggs, Emma Das Gupta:This is a single arm phase II study for high risk/refractory HL patients. Conditioning is with BEAM-Campath, therefore not for autograft failures. The protocol includes CT/PET guided intervention with DLI. Sibs and MUDs (9/10 or better). There will be central review of Pet scans at UCL.
  8. CTCP 09-02: Prospective validation of pre-transplant co-morbidity assessments in the UK– Maria Gilleece and Gill Moore:Data collection in progress.Centres have received MedA and appendices together with an invitation to submit data for the study.
  9. CTCP 09-03:Prospective analysis of outcome for Allo SCT patients with proven H1N1 infection – David Marks.

  2. CTC 06-02: Retrospective Study: Allo SCT in elderly patients– Gordon Cook:Data collection completed. Analysis in progress.JL commented that 32 data returns have been submit from a total of 168 requests.
  3. CTC 06-04: HDM/ASCT in Refractory MM – Gordon Cook:Data collection in progress.First deadline for data submission is December 2009. Target identified cohort is 469 patients from 38 centres.
  4. CTC 07-02: Retrospective Study: Outcome of Allo SCT in CML >CP2 following glivec – Gordon Cook/David Marks:Data collection in progress.To date 70 data returns out of 169 have been received. Data analysis to begin shortly. A competing German study has recently reported on 112 patients Actions: Centres encouraged to submit data asap.
  5. CTCR 09-01:Pulmonary Function post Allo SCT – Jerry Brown:Data collection in progress.1st deadline 5th October. Actions: Centres encouraged to submit data asap.
  6. CTCR 09-03:Retrospective comparison of outcome following ATG vs Alemtuzumab conditioning regimens in Allo SCT for SAA (CTCR 09-03) – Judith Marsh.
  7. CTCR 10-01: A Retrospective Survey of the Outcomes of Reduced-Intensity Conditioned Allogeneic Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant for Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia - Andy Peniket/Patrick Medd.
