- Supporting Material: If you are applying for the Community category of this Award, please submit 2 letters from women who benefited from the project.
If you are applying for the Organisation category of this Award, please submit 2 letters, one from a manager in the organisation in which the project was implemented and the other from a woman who benefited from the project.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
To be considered for ACLW’s 2014‘Sustaining Women’s Empowerment in Communities and Organisations,’ the applicant must:
- Address all the questions in the SWECO application form.
- Maximum length of Application is 10 A4 pages single sided. No additional information will be considered.
- Applications must be typed and in 12pt Times font.
- Include a certified copy of a Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship Certificate or Permanent Resident Status Certificate
- Email and post your application which must be received no later than 5pm 29 November 2013.

- After the judging process is completed, awardees will be required to email a photograph of themselves for publication at ACLW.

Any individual who works for ACLW or is an employee in the workplace of the judges, or is a relative will not be eligible for an award under this program.
By submitting your application, you are authorising ACLW to use your name and details of your leadership achievement and, if you are successful, award presentation photos in various public relations as well as publications, presentations and announcements to promote the ACLW SWECO Award.
