To meet the monitoring requirements of the Directive, ONS will be conducting an annual assessment of the facilities to determine whether or not new graduates or those with less than one year of experience are hired at your facility and several other data points. This year, the survey data will be collected through Survey Monkey.We expect that next year, we will be able to collect the data through the newly designed database and there will not be a need for a separate survey. There are 13 questions on the survey and the estimated time of completion is 10-15 minutes. I have copied the community email group and all the POC’s from the SharePoint site.   1. It typically takes around 3-4 weeks to get the signed memo back from CO. I am also waiting for some documentation from PS, which the appointee is aware of, in order to submit the package. Can someone in the office sign if you have a time line?

  1. I have a question regarding the DB reporting. Per the attached flyer, our station appears to be changing reporting systems. Is our current system being replaced and, if so, will the slides be updated?
  1. OIT and the ISO use a folder in the W drive so you can put one document in and direct those that need to sign it to the original document. Just my thoughts.
  1. I was able to complete 2 of the provider trainings in TMS in 20 min that would really benefit the nursing staff assisting with a WH exam. I found them on the WH shared drive on the news wire.
