The Lights ON program will collaboratewith and engage the resources of a minimum of eight community partners either through in kind donations or subcontracted programs. /

By June 2013, Lights ON personnel will participate in professional development provided by the RIROE Lights ON network, district and/or State /

The Rock Island School District will demonstrate efforts to utilize other internal and external funding sources to support the sustainability of the Lights ON program. /
