Please fill in the form in English. Some of the information will be published in the online and printed version of the catalogue. Please note that * marked information will remain confidential.
Registration procedure:
Step 1: Please fill in the present form and supply the necessary information.The form shall then be sent to the organiser and/or the National Counsellor for confirmation.
Step 2: Once the confirmation has been sent by the organiser, participation to the Business Convention shall be firm and definitive.
Step 3: The participant will be provided with a log in and password to access the online catalogue. This access will enable the participant to update and modify information accordingly, and to access the online catalogue of Asian participants.
Step 4: The participant will then be able to fill in the online meeting request form.

Los datos personales recogidos serán incorporados y tratados en los ficheros “Promoción Comercio Exterior” de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio e Industria de Madrid y “Marketing” de la Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Madrid (Caja Madrid), cuya finalidad es la recogida de los mismos para su identificación en esta actividad de promoción del Comercio Internacional y para informarle de futuras acciones que realice la Cámara y de acciones, servicios y productos de Caja Madrid, propios de sus actividades, y no podrán ser cedidos, salvo cesiones previstas en la Ley. Europasia Business Convention 2006 - General conditionsArt.1 Organisation : Europasia Business Convention 2007 is organised by the Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the framework of the Asia Invest Programme of the European Commission.
Art. 2Object : The Event will focus on facilitating business contacts between Asian and European companies to develop commercial, industrial and technological cooperation. / Art. 3Registration : registration to the event Europasia Business Convention 2007 shall be final only after the acceptance by the organiser.
Art. 4Cancellations : in the event of force majeure and other circumstances beyond the control of the organiser, the latter shall chose to modify the dates and/or venue of the event accordingly, or cancel the entire event after notifying the delegates.
PLAZO DE ENTREGA DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN (COMPLETA):22 de diciembre de 2006
REQUISITOS PARA LA ADMISIÓN DE SOLICITUDES:
Estar al corriente de las cuotas camerales.
Cumplimentar todos los apartados debidamente de la Ficha de Inscripción y enviarla firmada y sellada junto con:
Fotografía de la persona que se desplazará a Lyon
Cheque por valor de 300 € en concepto de cuota de inscripción
Enviar los costes correspondientes a gastos de viaje en el momento en que la Cámara lo requiera.
Cumplir con la organización y requisitos del viaje establecidos por los organizadores.
Aceptar la agencia de viajes seleccionada por la organización del viaje para la gestión del mismo. El grupo viajará como tal y utilizará los vuelos y hoteles establecidos, salvo que previamente se establezca algo distinto.
Informar y solicitar aprobación del director de la organización de los cambios que estuviera interesado realizar en su programa individual.
Aceptar las posibles liquidaciones practicadas por derrama proporcional de los gastos colectivos imprevistos.
La Cámara no realizará ningún trámite de viaje, sin contar con el justificante de pago de la cuota de inscripción y con todos los documentos solicitados
DESPUÉS DE LA ACCIÓN, EL PARTICIPANTE SE COMPROMETE A:
Presentar debidamente cumplimentada la encuesta elaborada por los organizadores y que se les facilitará a la empresa al comienzo del viaje. Este cuestionario se deberá entregar como máximo una semana después de finalizada la acción.
Facilitar la información adicional que, sobre la acción, le requiera la organización.
Presentar, si fueran solicitados por la organización, los documentos requeridos y que puedan ser necesarios para conseguir la ayuda económica si existiera.
EN CASO DE NO-ASISTENCIA A LA ACCIÓN O ANULACIÓN DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN:
No se devolverá, en ningún caso, por parte de la organización, la cuota de inscripción.
La organización no se hará cargo de los gastos que se hayan producido o devengado por la participación de la empresa en la acción. Por lo tanto la empresa acepta abonar a la organización dichas cantidades después de haber sido informada y facturada por la propia organización.
