ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

I understand that the initial fee covers the cost of administration and one site inspection.

I understand that other fees may apply, should additional inspections or consultation be required. I agree to pay such additional fees.

I, as owner/occupier, hereby grant consent to the Municipal Building Surveyor or his/her representative under Section 231(2)(a) to enter into the building(s) and upon the land.

I understand that smoke detectors must be installed in accordance with the building regulations.
