1. You are required to clean up the premises after use, including kitchen (if used)
2. All Charavas (Donations at the Altar) go to Gur Mandir
3. Full cooking facilities are available in the kitchen at an ADDITIONAL charge of $200.
4. Please bring your own paper products. The Mandir will appreciate a donation of $51.00 for disposable items (plates, spoons, napkins, etc.) to cover the costs, if used.
5. Refundable deposit - $500.00 to be paid in advance
6. Please note all the premises are sacred and are to be treated as parts of the Mandir
7. The above rates do not include Food/Prasad
8. Gur Mandir Board reserves the right to change the rates and/or the terms.

GUR MANDIR RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Reservations are done on first come first serve basis after meeting the necessary guidelines of Gur Mandir.
· Full payment for the booking is required prior to the event.
· Gur Mandir has the right to deny the use of premises without any explanation.
· Refundable deposit is kept as the security and is returned after the function. Failure to follow the rules will result in forfeiting of the refundable deposit.
· All the garbage containers are to be emptied out and the garbage bags to be transferred to the garbage bins outside the temple building.
· No stick-on tape, nails or tack pins are allowed to be used anywhere
· NO SHOES (FOOT WEAR) ARE PERMITTED IN THE PRAYER HALL.
BASEMENT (DOWN STAIRS) HALL USE
· For marriage ceremonies basement hall can also be rented at the above rates
· Tables and chairs are provided (please bring your own table covers and helpers for setting and removal of chairs etc.)
· Microphone is available for general use. If you need a professional system, please make your own arrangements
KITCHEN USE
· Kitchen facility is available for warming food and serving as Prasad
· Temple can provide disposable plates, spoons, glasses, and napkins (Extra Charge).
· Person arranging Langar (Prasad) or renting the kitchen must provide the manpower to do all cleaning and serving. Make sure you have enough people to serve, and clean the premises properly. Mandir can provide cleaning services at extra charge of $100.
· In certain functions, police arrangement is required (all cost is paid by the sponsor)
· SMOKING, USE OF ALCOHOL AND MEAT IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE TEMPLE PROPERTY.
· Person(s) using the services of Gur Mandir has to abide by the rules and policies of the Temple. Any infringement will result in appropriate action by the Management.
Cancellation of booking is required at least 15 days in advance otherwise the sponsor is responsible for the payment of full amount.
