In order to process the application it must be filled out completely and must include:
  • Your birthdate, adress, postal code and signature.
  • Proof of Income. A copy of your most recent Notice of Tax Assessment and alsoone for any other person over the age of 18 who will be on this lease. You will be expected to provide your notice of assessment on the first anniversary of your tenancy.
  • Landlord information.
