Annex B
Requirements
The College requires 180 display boards of varying sizes and specifications to be used in different areas of the building.
The specifications for the boards are as below:
Each display board requires two 5mm Perspex sheets to allow poster sheets to be inserted between, unless otherwise stated.
- 56 x 60”x40” Perspex Display Boards with 6 drill holes and chrome standoffs to mount (A total of 92 sheets of 5mm Perspex).
- 84 x A0 Perspex Display Boards with 6 drill holes and chrome standoffs to mount (A total of 148 sheets of 5mm Perspex).
- 20 x A3 Perspex Display Boards with 4 drill holes and chrome standoffs to mount (A total of 40 sheets of 5mm Perspex).
- 20 x A1 Displays with 4 drill holes with image reverse printed direct to board or printed to vinyl and attached to Perspex (Please note: this is a single board so requires a total of 20 sheets of 5mm Perspex)
- In addition to the Perspex Display Boards, the College also requires hanging pocket displays as specified below:
- 9 x Hanging Pocket on Cable Displays to be attached to the wall with the capacity to add/remove pockets as required. Each display will require up to 12 A5 pockets with the capacity to change inserts as necessary.
Order to be placed by 5 July 2017 – delivery to take place w/c 31 July 2017
