Lunch and Transport at School

Lunch

The School will provide lunch starting from the 9th August, 2016. As per the school policy all lunch and transport money needs to be paid in advance. Parents need to inform the School Finance Office in writing (by email or letter sent to / ) if your child would like to discontinue lunch provided at school or it will be assumed that your child/ren are using the lunch facilities and you will be invoiced in advance quarterly. May we also request you to make payments as per the schedule given by Finance Office to avoid a penalty. Students will NOT be allowed to eat food on occasional days.

The school cafeteria does not provide snacks and so it is required to be provided from home. The Lunch facility is optional.

The school lunch menu is published on Myschoolone(school database management system) on a weekly basis.

School provides filtered and treated water and students could refill their bottles at water dispensers provided in school.

Transport

The School provides transport from designated stops on specific routes which are planned mainly along the main roads. Our buses do not enter housing societies. This is done in the interest of all, especially those students who get on first and get off last which is often a full hour before their final stop.

Parents need to inform the school Finance Office in writing (by email or letter sent to / / ) if your child would like to discontinue the transport facility provided at school in advance. Otherwise, it will be assumed that your child/ren are availing the facility and you will be invoiced quarterly in advance accordingly. May we also request you to make payments as per the schedule given by finance office to avoid penalty.

If there is more information you need or any clarifications, please feel free to contact me on or on hand phone 9881067202.
