Individual Assignment: Mission, Vision, Values, & Management
Purpose of Assignment
The assignment in Week 2 takes a look at the role of an organization’s mission, vision, and values statements and then compares this to the strategy and finally how the company’s actions align with these or perhaps how they do not. The analysis of mission, vision, values or principles is the first step in the internal environmental analysis and sets the stage for Week 3.
