OPEN EXHIBITION 2016.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.

Please read these conditions carefully. By submitting work to the exhibition entrants accept the conditions of entry. Submissions not complying with the conditions cannot be accepted.

Work to be considered for inclusion in the exhibition will be chosen by a selection panel of invited artists, Academicians and Trustees of the Academy. The panel will meet during mid-August. The outcomes of the selection will be posted on the South West Academy website on Monday 22nd August.

Entry is by the on-line submission process only.

Every attempt will be made to include all selected work in the exhibition, but space limitations mean inclusion is not guaranteed. Work not conforming to the conditions of entry will not be included. The exhibition will also include work by Academicians, Associates and invited artists.
