Tennessee Valley Healthcare System to Open New Clinic March 5

Harriman, TENN.- The Department of Veteran Affairs Tennessee Valley Healthcare System will opened its doors to Veterans at the new Harriman Community Based Outpatient Clinic Wednesday, March 5. An official grand opening ceremony to celebrate the new facility will take place April 16 at the 2305 North Gateway Avenue, Suite 2 location in Harriman.

See for yourself the new state-of-the-art facility with a spacious waiting room, women’s health, and lab.

The new facility will have approximately 6,500 square feet of space, and achieve one of VA’s goals of bringing care closer to home. Veterans care will be managed by a Patient Aligned Care Team, a dedicated team consisting of a provider, a medical assistant, a Registered Nurse (RN), and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Care teams will be supported by an on-site team of skilled professionals including a social worker, and tele-health technicians. Additionally, the facility will allow for new services such as tele-retinal services, and the future expansion into telehealth specialties such as tele-surgery, dermatology, audiology, and more.

We look forward to seeing you at this Grand Opening Event!
