All table shifts must be covered by at least 3 adults (broken down by club↑).

Please read Table Assignments carefully, there are several clubs doing double duty at different tables.

CWC- will provide people to set up tournament supplies/materials (Towers & signs, Table supplies with signs, etc.) before beginning of meet (7:00 am) and supply parents to run operations throughout tourney.

Weigh-ins (B/M) 8:00-8:30 am with CWC- 2 people for weigh-ins, CWC-2 people for cards

Weigh-ins (Jun.) 10:30-11:15am with CWC 2- people for weigh-ins, -CWC-2 people for cards

Weigh-ins (Int.) 12:30-1:15 am with CWC-2 people for weigh-ins, CWC-2 people for cards

Weigh-ins (Sen.) 2:30-3:15 pm with CWC- 2 people for weigh-ins, CWWC-2 people for cards

{Note: Please have your workers check-in at least 15 minutes before shift starts.}

CWC will have 2 people to record bouts for each age group

CWC – will provide people to remove tournament supplies/materials at end of wrestling (to include breaking down tables after Divisions).

CWC will move all mats and tables/chairs at beginning and end of tournament and run head table.

CWC & SH - will inventory and re-pack Federation Equipment Boxes (using Quickee Checklist).
