Public Notice is hereby given that the Golden Spike Event Center Advisory Board of Weber County, Utah and the Friends of the Fairgrounds (a Federally recognized 501 (c) (3)will hold a scheduled meeting in the

Golden Spike Arena Conference Room, 1000 N. 1200 W., Ogden, Utah, commencing onTuesday, April21st, 2015@ 12:00 NOON. (Lunch will be served to Board Members).

  1. Approval of Minutes and Notes – Approval of minutes from our meeting held onFebruary17th

and notes for March 17th

  1. Friends of the Fairgrounds (a federally recognized 501 (c) (3)–Chairperson Greg Boyerwill conduct this meeting session.
  1. Motion to adjourn Arena Board meeting and open “Friends of the Fairgrounds” discussion.
  2. “Friends of the Fairgrounds” Discussion of financials and updates.
  3. Adjourn “Friends of the Fairgrounds” meeting and re-open Arena Board meeting.
  1. Business Report – Jennifer Graham will go over the financial report for the 1st quarter of 2015.
  1. Golden Spike Event Center Report -Jim Harvey, General Manager, will discuss the following:
  1. Recent Events to include update from Arena Board member(s).
  2. Events in development.
  3. Capital improvement update.
  4. Other
