Facilities / Thismeetwillbeheldata50meter,8-laneindoorpoolwithadepthrangingfrom13ftatthestartendto31/2ftattheturnend. Competitionwillbeheldin7ofthe8lanesandthe8thlanewillbereservedforcontinuouswarm-up/warm-down,subjecttoanyrestrictionssetforthbytheMeetReferee. AColoradoTimingSystemwith10lanescoreboardandelectronictouchpadswillbeused. Thecompetitioncoursehasnotbeencertifiedinaccordancewith104.2.2C.
Eligibility / USAmemberathleteshavinga2017USASwimmingmembershipthataremembersofLOVE,MACS,JH. Swimmerswithinthe120daytransferperiodmustswimunattached. AnyswimmerthatislistedontheCSIexceptionreportwithoutregistrationmustcometothemeetpreparedtoshowtheirregistrationondeckpassortheymustbedeckregisteredbeforetheycanenterthewater. Per USA Swimming rule 302.4, Colorado Swimming Inc. will impose a fine of $150 per swimmer who shows up on the post meet registration check charged to the team account. Teams will receive one Meet Recon email as a reminder to register the swimmers. As soon as the post meet registration check is run the team will be charged.Adeckregistrationsurcharge($27.00yearroundor$14.00forseasonalregistration)willbedueatthetimeofdeckregistrationinadditiontothenormal$58registrationfee.

Positivecheck-inforthe400IM,400Free,and1500Freewillcloseapproximatelyonehourpriortotheevent.Withtheexceptionofthelossoftheentryfee,therearenopenaltiesforswimmersthatpositivecheck-inanddonotcompeteinanevent.
The400IM400Freerequireswimmerstoprovidetheirowntimers(2).The1500Freerequiresswimmerstoprovidetheirowntimers(2)andacounter(1).

1.Themeetrefereewillbethefinalauthorityfortheconductofthemeet.
2.Swimmersattendingwithoutacoachmustreporttothemeetrefereetomakearrangementsforcoachsupervisiontoactintheirinterestduringthemeet.Assignedcoachshallberesponsibleforsupervisionofwarm-up/warm-down,andallotherresponsibilitiesoftheswimmer.
3.AnyswimmerenteredinthemeetmustbecertifiedbyaUSASwimmingmembercoachasbeingproficientinperformingaracingstartormuststarteachracefromwithinthewater. Whenunaccompaniedbyamembercoach,itistheresponsibilityoftheswimmerortheswimmer’slegalguardiantoensurecompliancewiththisrequirement.

5.Swimmersarelimitedto4individualeventsper day.
6.Alleventswillbetimedfinals.
7.Entriesforthe12&Undersessionwillbelimitedtofitwithinthefour-hourUSASwimmingrule.
8.Useofaudioorvisualrecordingequipment,includingacellphone,isnotpermittedinlockerroomsorrestrooms.
9.On-deckphotographyisnotallowedfrombehindthestartingblocksatalltimes
10.Nosmoking,chewingtobacco,drugs,ordrinkingalcoholicbeveragesallowedinthebuilding.
11.Anydamagetopoolpropertywillbegroundsfordismissalfromthemeet.
12.Deck changes are prohibited.
13.Noexhibitionswimmingwillbeallowed.
14.NoTimeentrieswillnotbeacceptedforreasonsofprovidinganaccuratetimeline.JeffcoHurricanesswimmersareexemptfromtheNoTimerequirement.
15. Operation of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue (pools, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present.
