Non-Discrimination in Programs and Services

Clark County government is a recipient of federal funding for some of its programs and activities. The County is committed to administering these programs and activities for the benefit of all citizens in compliance with the County’s non-discrimination policies, which are consistent with the requirements of federal civil rights regulations.

Any citizen who wishes to register a complaint that the County is not administering a federally funded activity or program in compliance with non-discrimination policies or law may file such a complaint with the County’s Section 504 rehabilitation coordinator at:

Any citizen who elects to first file a complaint with the county’s Section 504 Coordinator/Office of Diversity is advised that the above 180-day deadline for filing a written complaint with the Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management or other appropriate federal agency still applies and does not change because the citizen elected to first file his/her charge with the county.
