Prior to the commence of formal business, the Parochial Church Council will give a presentation on its proposals for an extension to the Church.

Defibrillator
Written consent from the garage owners for permission to site the defibrillator at the garage is still awaited. Approach has been made twice since the last meeting requesting a response.
Churchmere Road – Creation of bunds adjacent to lake on northern side
The engineering works require planning consent, and a letter has been sent by the Vale of White Horse District Council inviting an application to be made.
Village Green – parking by Open Reach
Written apology received from Open Reach regarding the parking of vans on the village green.
