McClain County 4-H Food Showdown
4-H Food Showdown is a cooking contest fashioned after the television show Iron Chef. Participants are challenged to cook a dish and prepare a presentation for the judges - all in 40 minutes. The District and State contests are geared toward senior members ages 13 – 19. Canadian County and McClain County are hosting a contest that invites junior members to participate as well.
