Responsibilities
  1. Departmental Head of the Projects related to ITEL Communications
  2. Prepare Market Studies, Marketing Strategies and Execution Plans for new ITEL projects.
  3. Coordination, updating and suggestionsregarding launching and execution of new ITEL projects
  4. Prepare presentations for new clients and new projects
  5. Prepare project budgets and forecast project requirements in terms of human resource, materials, technical approvals, methodologies, designs and other project related submissions.
  6. Plan, schedule and monitor project activities and resource allocations for all projects under execution
  7. Allocation of duties to staff members and site staff according to their skills
  8. Implement company quality controls policies and procedures.
  9. Research and sourcing for items required for the project execution and provide necessary assistance to the Procurement Deptt.regarding technical data of materials and equipment
  10. Prepare invoices and ensure timely submission to clients and ensure follow-up procedures.
  11. Ensure Project documentation in box folders and on the server to maintain historic data and knowledge management for document quality, accessibility and highest organizational standards
  12. Perform a wide variety of Project Management and Contract administration related functions as desired by the management.
  13. Coordinate with MAKCO IT Department as a (back to back)vacation relief and forcompletion of the following projects;
a. Setup/configure IPBX for new QBGC office building and connecting trunk (CO) lines through VoIP FXO gateway and installing/configuring VoIP gateways in Islamabad, London offices, and Tripoli office.
b. Sourcing and configuration of minimum 15 FXO ports VoIP gateway for trunk lines connectivity at Tripoli and QBGC, and 4 FXO ports for Islamabad and London office.
c. Setup a server and configuring/establishing VPN b/w QBGC and Tripoli office through 2Mbps WiMax connection.
d. Installing network patch panel for new office building.
e. Installing/configuring WSUS Windows software update service on server for deployment of updates and patches to network hosts.
f. Automatic deployment of basic required software at the time of joining domain to machines on basis of departmental groups in domain.
Additional Qualifications
1. Expertise in MS office Productivity Suite
2. Expertise in MS Project and MS Visio
Total Work Experience and Job Related Work Experience
Total experience = 10 years minimum,
Relevant experience = 7 years (minimum) in Telecommunications Industry
