Little Pippins Breakfast Club - Booking Form/Invoice – TERM 1

Breakfast club sessions are from 8.00am to 8.40am (9.15am for Little Pippins children) and includes a walking bus to school. Fees are £5.30 for each child per session

Please note:

  • Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • All fees are due in advanceof each term. Any additional sessions must be paid for on the day.
  • All booked sessions must be paid for even if your child does not attend.
  • Unplanned Bookings: If you need to use the Breakfast Club at short notice please telephone 01235 821741 to check availability. Please note,these drop in sessions must be paid for on/before the day of use.
  • Cancellations: If one week’s notice is given for pre-booked sessions, a credit will be given. Credits can be carried forward to be deducted from the next term’s fees but must be used within one year.
  • Please give at least one month’s notice when you intend to cease using the club.

Methods of Payment - Please tick against your payment method:

Cash or cheque made payable to Little Pippins Pre-school, in a named envelope marked ‘Breakfast Club’ and placed in the Fees Box

Childcare vouchers. We accept payment by many of the voucher schemes. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given for voucher overpayments so please check your payments carefully.

Internet Banking (BACS). Our bank details are sort code 309393, account number 01438683, account name‘Little Pippins Pre School’, and please quote ‘BC’ and your child’s name as a reference.

Please return your completed formto Breakfast Club staff before the start of term or your place may be lost.
