Immunobiology 2017 Annual Retreat

New Haven Lawn Club

Monday-Tuesday, October 16-17, 2017

We are looking forward to the Annual Departmental Retreat again! It will take place on Monday-Tuesday, October 16-17, 2017 at the New Haven Lawn Club in New Haven, CT. We will have plenary sessions presented by faculty members and Shana Kelley, from the University of Toronto, will give our Keynote talk. In addition to the plenary sessions, there will be two (2) poster sessions to compete in for prizes! Our forum provides a relaxed and informal setting for people to describe and receive feedback on their work, regardless of what stage their project has reached.

On the evening of Monday, October 16, everyone is invited to attend dinner and open bar at BAR Pizza in New Haven.

Registration:. All Immunobiology lab members are encouraged to attend. To make this Retreat successful, we have space for 70posters and are strongly urging all Immunobiology graduate students and postdocs to submit a poster.

Only those that have registered will be admitted to the Lawn Club and Bar so please make sure that you register!

Registration: Will begin September 7, 2017 using the link below.

Cost: No out of pocket expenses are anticipated for Immunobiology personnel.

We are encouraging a large, informative, and lively poster session again this year. There is no limit on the number of posters that can be presented from each lab. Please e-mail your poster title/authors/short abstract to Debbie at . Abstracts can be in any format. Posters will be displayed on free-standing easels.
