2017 Every Day Hero Award

Here is your opportunity to recognize and show appreciation for the individuals that have made a difference in the life of a child with special needs.

This prestigious award is for any individual who has made a significant contribution in enhancing the life of a student with special needs. Examples include someone who goes above and beyond to support inclusion, ease daily transitions, keep the student safe, adapt the school curriculum, support their unique learning style or enhance the social aspect of a student with special needs. In the past, bus drivers, teachers, cafeteria workers, paraprofessionals, specials teachers (media, art, P.E., music), those in support positions, students, and community employees have been nominated. Every person nominated is a winner and receives an award.

To nominate an individual, please fill out the this form and return with your requested $20 nomination fee, to any school office, , or fax 508-365-6091 by Friday March 31, 2017. Checks should be made payable to “Grafton SE PAC.” Scholarships are available. Contact Erin Griffin 774.276.1347 with any questions.
