Dear <First Name>

I enjoyed meeting you at <Event Name> the other <Day, Evening>. Thank you for showing interest in being a host family through CIEE and the High School Study USA program. Please share this with your family, friends and community

As I explained, I am looking for people interested in becoming either a Host Family or Local Coordinator. If you or someone you know would consider this opportunity, please have them contact me as soon as possible. Learn more about the program in the short videos below.

·  CIEE accepts all types of host families—those with kids or no kids, empty nesters, retirees, single parents and others. Learn how satisfying it can be through this short video.

·  If you would rather act as a local coordinator in your community, helping match students with the right family, find out more in this video [TBD].

·  Students arrive well-prepared for life in the U.S., with proficient English skills and strong academic qualifications. They are smart, adventurous and purposeful in their intentions to experience life in America.

Host families can also receive a stipend to help offset the costs of hosting a student. CIEE makes all this possible and very seamless—at every step of the process, 24/7. Learn more about CIEE and what’s required to be a host family>

CIEE offers a $100 referral award to anyone who recommends a family that ends up hosting or someone becoming a local coordinator. This goes for groups, clubs, schools and individuals.

Thank you for your consideration! Please feel free to contact me directly anytime.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
