is critical to a child’s optimal development -Volunteering is encouraged & goal setting
Review W/Parents:
-Emergency Card
-Is Physical/CHDP completed? If not, may I help you set an appointment?
-Parent TB test required to volunteer in the classroom.
-Parent TB test required for Home Base Program.
-Review the need to bring a change of clothing labeled w/child’s name.
-Review when it advisable to keep the child at home. (Give parents “Should He/She Stay In School Today?)
-Review Ages & Stages
-Fire, Disaster, Emergency Lock Down Procedures
Do:
-Complete Developmental Parent Questionnaire
-Give parent hand-out packet and any other teacher selected material.
-Determine any transportation needs/problems.
