June 22 - Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi)
"I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever;”
This verse from the Gospel of John is part of the Bread of Life discourse. We are blessed to eat this living bread when we gather for Mass as a faithful, faith-filled community. The Pastoral Plan, Disciples in Mission, is all about evangelization. Spread the Good News: Jesus is here, waiting to be with us in this most intimate way.
Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me

June 29 - Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, Apostles
Jesus asked, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter said in reply, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
Do you agree with Peter? Does it make a difference in your life? How?
The traditional African American hymn, “Balm in Gilead” gives us this directive and these words of inspiration: “If you cannot preach like Peter, if you cannot pray like Paul/ You can tell the love of Jesus and say, ‘He died for all.’” Evangelization.
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love.
