Please bring items for the Silent Auction to the registration table on Monday.

v Auction items will be on display starting at 6:00 pm or earlier in the awards banquet hall!

v Bidding on the items will commence the moment items are displayed! Bidding will end at 10:00 pm OR earlier if announced.

v Preferred payment is by check.

v Those individuals who donate items will receive a tax deductible letter upon request.

Note: Donations of Wine and/or beer (baskets and/or coolers) will need to stay in a guest room. A picture with description of basket contents is all that can be on the table display. This is hotel policy.
