Directions and parking information for the Clock Tower:

There is a multi storey car park called Q park available beside the building. Pedestrian should use the entrance to Department of Education, where you will see a Clock Head behind the building towards fountain with Hand.

Coming From O’Connell Street:

At the Spire in the middle of O’Connell Street, turn onto North Earl Street (Kylemore Café is on this corner). From here walk down and take the first left onto Marlborough Street. The Department of Education is about 100ft up on the right.

Coming From Heuston Station:

Come out the main door of Heuston station and walk across the road in front of you until you reach the LUAS platform, you are looking for an ‘inbound tram (heading towards Connolly Station or The Point)’ which will arrive on the platform closest to the door of Heuston station. Take the LUAS as far Abbey Street (5 stops away), get off the tram at Abbey Street and turn to the right walking to the end of the platform where you will be at a crossroads (traffic lights) take the left there onto Marlboro Street. Continue up Marlboro Street keeping straight, you will pass a Spar show on your right continue on straight and the department is approx. 200 feet after that. You will enter the department from the North Gate; you can ask the gatekeeper or security to direct you to clock tower.

Coming From Connolly Station:

Exit Connolly Station via the main exit; go downstairs onto the LUAS platform board a tram for bound for ‘Tallaght or Saggart’ and get off at Abbey Street (2 stops away). Get off the tram at Abbey Street and turn to the right walking to the end of the platform where you will be at a crossroads (traffic lights) take the left there onto Marlboro Street. Continue up Marlboro Street keeping straight, you will pass a Spar show on your right continue on straight and the department is approx. 200 feet after that. You will enter the department from the North Gate; you can ask the gatekeeper or security to direct you to clock tower.

Coming From Busaras:

Exit Busaras via the main entrance, turn immediately right and follow along the outside of the building until to come to ‘Store Street’ there is a LUAS stop there on store street to the side of Busaras. Take a tram bound for ‘Tallaght’ to Abby Street (1 stop away). Get off the tram at Abbey Street and turn to the right walking to the end of the platform where you will be at a crossroads (traffic lights) take the left there onto Marlboro Street. Continue up Marlboro Street keeping straight, you will pass a Spar show on your right continue on straight and the department is approx. 200 feet after that. You will enter the department from the North Gate; you can ask the gatekeeper or security to direct you to clock tower.
