1. Child: Um … I don’t know one.

Adult: You don’t remember one?

2. Child No, I know all of them but I don’t … I can’t pick one because I don’t know one.

3. Child: They’re all my favorites.

Adult: They’re all your favorites? What’s Scooby Doo about?

4. Child: He’s funny.

Adult: He is? Who is Scooby Doo?

5. Child: He’s a dog.

Adult: What does he do?

6. Child: He’s scared of ghosts.

Adult: Why?

7. Child: Well, sometimes he captures ghosts.

8. Child: And there is also Scrappy Doo.

Adult: Is he also a dog?

9. Child: Tinier than Scooby.

Adult: Oh, okay.

10. Child: Bigger than a bug.

11. Child: Tinier than Scooby.

12. Child: Like up to here.

13. Child: Not bigger than him.

Adult: What do Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo do?

14. Child: Well Scooby Doo is afraid of ghosts and Scrappy Doo is not afraid of ghosts.

21. Child: Shaggy’s always afraid of ghosts like Scooby.

22. Child: Yeah, not Freddie, Velma, Daphne, and Scrappy.

Adult: So do they have a job?

23. Child: Well they catch ghosts but sometimes they’re afraid. Adult: Sometimes they’re afraid? So it’s like mystery?

24. Child: Yeah

Adult: So are you still going to preschool?

25. Child: Yep, still stuck in it.

Adult: Your still stuck in it? Are you having fun?

26. Child: Yeah

Adult: What do you do at preschool?

27. Child: Well there’s five friends that are at my preschool in my class.

Adult: Yeah?

28. Child: First ones Brook.

29. Child: She’s a girl, four years old.

Adult: So she’s younger than you?

30. Child: Yeah.

31. Child: I’m older than her.

32. Child: Well Owen’s in the five year old class.

33. Child: He’s in the fourth class.

34. Child: He’s five years old.

Adult: Just like you.

35. Child: Yeah

36. Child: Owen likes playing the marble game with me.

37. Child: It’s kinda like hockey where you shoot with your hands.

38. Child: We only do it when Mrs. Troy’s there.

Adult: It’s like a hockey game?

39. Child: No, it’s not hockey.

40. Child: Well you have to have a marble that’s up to here.

42. Child: Well I have a lot of marbles.

44. Child: Well, I also play with toys and color.

Adult: Sounds like fun, I’d like to go to preschool.
