The price you pay is inclusive of all taxes but does not include the flights from or to the UK or any flight taxes or supplements. Holiday Insurance is also not included.

The cost includes your accommodation and use of the on-site facilities and pick-up from ZakynthosAirport to the Sellini Apartments and return to ZakynthosAirport at the end of your stay. You will be responsible for ensuring that your departure time allows sufficient time to get to the airport.

All apartments and suites include shower, toilet, refrigerator, small hob for light meals and twin beds or double bed (or additional single beds).

The cost does not include any excursions or charges for private beaches.

Any cancellation refund will be based on the number of days clear notice given before the first booked day of your holiday.

Your accommodation is subject to consideration to other guests at all times.

Your booking is with Alykes Garden Village and any dispute will be the subject of European Law as enacted by Greece as a member country of the European Union.

Jimy Piriohos trading as Alykes Garden Village confirms the above booking subject to the appropriate deposit being paid being 25% of the accommodation cost and the balance to be paid in full not less than 48 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
