We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing upon trade shows and industry events for Roscoe Medical, a division of Compass Health Brands. They will also assist in the development and updating of sell sheets, our catalog and the monthly promotional flyer that is sent to our dealer/distributor base via email platform (Constant Contact). They will ensure all communication vehicles are in compliance with the Roscoe Brand. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for aiding the VP of Marketing in planning and executing a wide range of marketing strategies in support of Roscoe Medical’s overall growth objectives.

The Marketing Coordinator must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills are also required, including basic understanding of Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and other software. Basic HTML knowledge a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:Assist in development and updating of sell sheet and other marketing literature, assist in creation and distribution of monthly promotional flyer
  • Trade Shows: Assist in logistics and planning of trade shows, assist in development and execution of pre-, during and post-show promotions
  • Catalog and Sell Sheets: Update and maintain catalog and index, assist in content development
  • Direct Marketing: Assist in creation and distribution of emails and direct mail pieces

Education Requirements:

Education: /
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications and/or English and/or minimum of 2 years of successful experience in marketing.

Experience: /
  • 3+ years marketing related work experience preferred.

Knowledge: /
  • Basic understanding of Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and other software. Basic HTML knowledge a plus.

Skills : /
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills. Planning, organization and prioritization are key skills.

Additional: /
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and work as a team player.
  • Ability to travel occasionally when needed.
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
