Micro-Windham and Columbia agreed to swap every other weekend for game play motion by Sebbysecend by Jerry-PASSED, Jerry to order patches to exchange will be $150-registration closed. 4/23 start date 6-7:15 caroline to send out email reminder- mini micro 4/27 start at 9:00am Windham and Columbia need 1st and 2end grade parents still to help with this Sebby to contact and confirm

SSKO-Papa Ginos confirmed to deliver, dunk tank/ bounce house/dj set, eastern men coming for demo/clinic, raidar gun/prizes caroline to get, voulenteers needed for tye dye station $10, help still needed

Tournaments- reg. for Star Hill have 11 potential rec teams for tournament 5 comp, teams allotted $300 per comp season this includes fall and spring- look into Star Hill, Marlborough and Lebanon fun day, reevaulate budget allotted for teams to come.

CT cup: $50 find out registration deadline 4/10?? Final roster for team Jerry and Julie teams to enter

Reports- Julie and Laura agreed to not order niforms if there is an outstanding balance-Marie contact for finicial assistance will get list from Julie

Sebby/Challenger- Decision for challenger needed, 2 coaces clinic one for fall one for spring $60 per hour ($120 for season)- Challenger willing to charge $240 per week a total of $2,250 for 6 week season this gives club one coach 2x a week. Two hours to each team- COMP tryouts they are offering $75 per hour per coach includes set up, run try out, and scoreor $55 per hour per coach to assist as needed. Also offer a camp at $5.00 per player- CLUB DECISION- Use for com tryouts (2 coaches for $1,125), camp and clinics but CWSA is able to opt out or decide on coaching services based on performance camp and clinics- Sebby to see if challenger will accept this offer and to get cost total, also to contact Adam with comp tryout offer.
