We are committed to promoting participation, enhancing good relations and fostering safe and prosperous communities. The HAIP project will complement our Community Investment work to create new opportunities for cross community collaboration for all our tenants.

The role will work within our the Community Development team and will work closely with our HAIP partner organisations – NIFHA, TIDES, Apex, Choice and Radius.

The Clanmil Good Relations Officer will work mainly in the following areas – South Belfast, Dungannon, Newry, Bessbrooke and Dundalk.

Aids to Study – Support in continuous professional development, whereby day release is given (if possible), study and exam leave given, fees and book costs are reimbursed over the course period.

Flexitime – Flexitime operates between 8am and 6pm. Staff can accrue flexitime and carry a maximum of 2 working days from one month to the next. The maximum deficit that can be carried from one month to the next is ½ day. Hours accrued after 6pm are classified as time in lieu.

Westfield – The aim of the scheme is to help you pay for your everyday healthcare. The scheme is different from private medical insurance, in that for a set weekly amount, you can claim set limits towards the cost of your routine healthcare such as dental and optical treatment. It also includes therapy treatments including, physiotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy and chiropractic treatments. In addition it also provides access to private consultations, scanning facilities and counselling.

Leave – On commencement of employment - 22 days annual leave and 11 public holidays.

Working Hours – Standard full time hours are 37 per week.

Bereavement Leave – 5 paid days leave on the death of an immediate family member
