Notes
(1) Anticipated Date of Occupation Permit
Please provide the expected date of issue of either a temporary or full occupation permit by the Buildings Department.
(2) Progress to Date
Please indicate the progress by means of comments such as ‘building plans approved’, ‘foundation work completed’, ‘constructed to 4th floor’, ‘external finishing works completed’, etc.
(3) Total No. of Blocks
Please state the total number of blocks in the development.
(4) No. of Floors
Please state the total number of floors of the building, inclusive of both domestic and non-domestic portions, if appropriate. If the number of floors is different among the buildings within the development, please provide a range.
(5) Saleable Area (SA)
SA is defined as the floor area exclusively allocated to the unit including balconies, verandahs, utility platforms and other similar features but excluding common areas such as stairs, lift shafts, pipe ducts, lobbies and communal toilets. It is measured to the exterior face of the external walls and walls onto common parts or the centre of party walls. For the purpose of this statistical return, please exclude the area of bay windows, flat roofs, top roofs, stairhoods, cocklofts, gardens, terraces, yards, air-conditioning plant rooms, air-conditioning platforms, planters/flower boxes and car parking spaces. If you can only provide the gross floor area (GFA), please state on the form.

Please state the total number of self-contained domestic units of the development for each size range. Self-contained domestic units are defined as independent dwellings with separate cooking facilities and bathroom (and/or lavatory).
