Presentation: Hocking Hills

5/7/2012

Kyoko Ishizono

Hocking Hills is a state forest about 90 minutes south east from downtown Columbus.

Just take 33 East until you see signs for HH.

Here’s some information from the official Hocking Hills website, www.hockinghills.com:

There are 2 caves in Hocking Hills Park: Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave. Old Man’s Cave is the most popular of the Hocking areas; it located on State Route 664. The Upper Falls, the Grandma Gatewood Trail begins its six-mile course connecting three of the park's areas: Old Man's Cave to Cedar Falls to Ash Cave.

I went to there with my family in the fall last year. Take it from me, it was an awesome hiking path. We strolled that great course in the park. If you are stressed out, you should go to Hocking Hills. You can stretch your legs.
