29 / 10/05/17 / KD suggested adding a blog to the CPP website. FN asked KD & KR to look into this and liaise with local head teachers about potentially involving secondary pupils. / KD/KR
30 / 10/05/17 / Further to action point 16, KR contacted local highs schools. MF said the Cairngorm National Park Authority will provide a prize for the winning design and FN will promote the winning badge via media and website. End of June for submissions was agreed as a deadline. KR to feedback. / KR, MF, FN
31 / 10/05/17 / Further to action point 21, KD attended the participatory budgeting event and provided feedback to the group. The event provided a good opportunity to see what is happening throughout the Badenoch & Strathspey area. KD to share a list of the groups that were awarded funding and the activities they provide.
FN to promote this on the CPP website to highlight the success of this event and show what activities are available within the local communities. / KD

32 / 10/05/17 / Further to action point 22, MF updated the partnership on the progress of the A9 dualling project and the impact locally. MF attending a meeting in June and will continue to feedback accordingly. / MF
33 / 10/05/17 / Further to action point 23, FN to contact JD for an update regarding surplus funds from the drug and alcohol forum. / FN
34 / 10/05/17 / Child plan subgroup provided overview on progress and data gathered. Kingussie High School and Grantown Grammar School head teachers to be invited to attend next child subgroup meeting. ES to liaise. / ES
35 / 10/05/17 / KD gave an update on the engagement subgroup progress. Reviewing the survey identified a further need to engage on matters relating to health & social care and wider participation. Inviting representatives who engage with people in poverty, such as the food bank was suggested. A timeline and action points were also a focus. KD & MM will meet to clarify the survey progress.

39 / 10/05/17 / MF advised that the Cairngorm Partnership Plan has been submitted and is awaiting approval. MF talked about the Cairngorm Nature Big Weekend and the Aviemore Park Run as community events. A team building event was suggested in order to promote the outdoors and getting active.
