A legible copy of each horses description and Flu Vaccinaation record must be sent to be checked prior to the event .

Complex team changes will be accepted by email until 20.00
hr on Wdnesday 13th June
Simple changes can be made at the time of Declarations
Declarations Must be made by team managers 30mins before the start of the competition
Body Protectors These must be BETA Level 3 Purple Label 2009 or later
Body Protectors and Hats must be Checked
Protective Headwear Hats must be tagged with an AQUA tag and be of the Following standard
British PAS 015 1998 or 2011 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or InspecICmark
VG1 01 040 2014 -12 provided they are BSI Kitemarked or Inspec Icmark
European VG1 01 040 2014 12 provided they are BSI Kitemarked
American ASTM F1163 2004a or 04a onwards provided they are SEI mark
Snell E2001 or E2016 Must have Offical Snell label & number
Australlian AS/ NZS 3838 2006 onwards provide they are SAI Global Marked
New Zealand
Medical Armbands These are Mandatory and must be worn on the ARM
Number Bibs Competitors must bring there own Bibs (numbers provided )
Times Will be available on Friday 15th June at 6.00 pm on
The course will be open for walking between 2.00 & 6.00 on Sat 16th June or on the day
Helpers Details
Riding Clubs need to provide tack stewards for each phase of the competition..
At this time I think one per team should cover what is required, this may be
aprox 12 people two sharing each section AM or PM
