Archery Equipment and Range Rental Form

Please submit form at least 2 weeks prior to rental date.

All camp archery ranges are available April 15 - November 30.

Archery must be supervised by someone with a USA Archery Level 1 Instructor certification or higher. All equipment will be available for the instructor.

A minimum of two adults must be present for the duration of all archery activities. One adult must be a certified instructor/qualified leader with USA Archery certification, and a second adult must be First Aid and CPR certified.
