Procedure:

  1. Fill out this RMA Form in its entirety. (Excluding the RMA number)
  2. Fax or Email completed RMA Form to appropriate numbers below. (Do not ship items until RMA # has been issued)
  3. Blonder Tongue will issue RMA number to be used for the return. Write the RMA # and Date on this form above.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For credit, product invoice date cannot exceed one (1) year.

RMA VOID if not used within sixty (60) days from issue date.

Credit Return Policy Requirements:

  • Returned productmust be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returned product must be accompanied by a dollar (new purchase) for dollar (credit return) replacement order.
  • Returned product must have been purchased within one year from credit return date and is current production items.
  • Returned product (custom-made) is subject to an additional charge for conversion between 20-50% of the FFP price.
  • Returned product that requires factory repacking is subject to an additional 10% charge for materials and labor.
  • Product received by Blonder Tongue deemed unacceptable for credit will be returned to sender.
  • Product returned as “defective,” after inspection by Blonder Tongue deemed NOT defective, will be subject to a 12% restocking fee.

Service Repair Return Policy Requirements:

  • Detailed description of problem with the product, including a summary of any pre-repair troubleshooting that has been done with Blonder Tongue Technical Service assistance. Include warranty information, as needed.
