• / 6 Hi Cold Rolling Mill for producing CR Steel coils in thickness range of 0.13 –3.0mm, Width 750– 1250mm at a speed of 1200MPM.• / Hot Dip Non-Ox Continuous Galvanizing Line with online 4 Hi Skin Pass mill and Tension Leveller.
• / Continuous Colour Coating Line with world’s best technology for colour coating i.e., GFG Coaters, USA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing all the shift activities, making in house spares, which includes:-
Enormous quantity of production of items, reduction in the time requirement and maintaining the quality of the items.
Incredibility with the time & cost reduction factor in the production of quality products in enormous quantity.
Coordination with all concerned departments for smooth & timely execution of order.
Scheduling production as per Priority and orders in hand.
Monitoring & Control of the Production Schedule and maintain WIP.
Preparation of Day wise production target, Inventory (WIP) and Pending order status.
Continue inspecting and maintain the process parameter for the good quality of product and for the smooth operation.
Plan and process change to divert material due to production and quality Problem.
Making reports and Reporting to H.O.D about daily production.
Managing the men power for achieving the periodic production targets and responsible for developing and implementing technology to improve productivity.
Maintaining proper housekeeping for easily locating wip, for time consuming.
In previous company i was handling HRS (HR SLITTER) and push pull pickling lines.
