NOTICE FOR REPORTING OF CANDIDATES FOR FINAL ADMISSION INTO 1st YEAR B. TECH and B. PLAN PROGRAMME IN THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2017-18
The candidates allotted by OJEE-2017 for admission into CET for 1st year B. Tech and B. Plan Programme in the academic session 2017-18 are instructed to report in CET on the scheduled dates as mentioned below for final admission:

The above fees payble at the time of admission is excluding the fees already paid by the candidates (Rs.10,000/- by the general category candidates and Rs. 5,000/- by SC, ST and PC category candidates) at the OJEE Nodal Centres at the time of verification of documents. The admission fees should be deposited in form of Demand Draft issued in favour of Principal, CET Bhubaneswar. All the fees must be deposited in one installment only in form of D.D. at the time of reporting for final admission. Part fee payment at the time of admission is not allowed. In the 2nd Semester (Jan-2018), all the candidates have to pay Rs1500/- only towards subject registration fees. The candidates are required to submit one set Xerox copy of mark sheets and certificates, two pass port size photographs, original CLC and conduct certificate, rank card, final allotment letter along with all original relevant documents for verification purpose. After admission is over, interested candidates may apply for hostel in the prescribed format, available at the admission venue on the same day. Limited hostel allotment will be done strictly based on JEE Rank.

· This fee structure does not include Hostel Fees.
· Hostel Fees will be payable by the candidates only after hostel allotment to the eligible candidates on JEE Rank basis done as per rules.
· B Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Electronics, Textile Engineering and B. Plan) are under regular programme. All other B.Tech. courses are under self-sustaining programme.
· The above fee structure may be increased as per Govt. Directives and the students have to pay the balance amount accordingly.
· The list of candidates allotted in hostels (separately for boys and girls) will be notified in college website (www.cet.edu.in) on 12.08.2017.
· Orientation of Freshers and Hostel Admission will be done on 16.08.2017. The classes will start from 17.08.2017.
· Hostel Fees is Rs. 5330/- per Semester, Mess Advance is Rs 10,500/- per Semester and Mess Development Fee is Rs 500/- per year.
· SSP fee – Rs. 81,500/- and Non-SSP / Regular Fee - Rs. 37,400/-.
