This form will register you for the NRC Conference only. To reserve an exhibit booth, use the separate Exhibit Booth Reservation Form. For hotel reservations, call Hotel del Coronado at 800-468-3533 or go to the following link to reserve online: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=13930003. When making your reservations by phone, be sure to mention that you are with the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) Conference in order to receive the discounted room rate starting at $248 per night. This rate expires and our room block is opened for general sale on 12/16/15, and we xpect to sell out our block well before that, so be sure to make your room reservations as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Attendee registration cancellations received on or before 12/15/15 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 12/15/15 and “No Shows” will be charged the full registration fee. Please note that on-site registrants must pay all fees at the time of registration by cash, check or credit card.
