Recent feedback from a party involved in a workplace mediation:

‘Naveen – I would just like to say thank you for your input at the mediation last Thursday. I had no idea what to expect but definitely didn’t envisage the matter being resolved in the way it was. Your professionalism and ability to steer us to the best decision at the best time without applying any pressure or direction is really quite incredible to me. The eighteen months that led to Thursday have been packed with so much punitive, negative and pessimistic communication and entrenchment. Now I feel free to move on with my life. I am sure you are used to much more complex and high profile mediation work. Thank you for taking our case so seriously. Having you there made such a difference.’
