Thank you for contacting Oryxes Registered. We ask everyone who is interested in a puppy from Oryxes to complete this questionnaire. It is the first step; meeting us in person or a reference is also a requirement before we will consider placing anyone on our wait list.

Completing the questionnaire does not ensure that an individual or family will be added to the wait list nor does it constitute any agreement between Oryxes and the individual or family. Additionally Oryxes cannot promise any certain puppy to any certain individual or family before the breeder has had time to evaluate the entire litter.

Oryxes adheres to limited vaccine protocol recommended by Dr. Jean Dodds and will only place puppies with individuals or families who agree to do the same.

How long do you plan on using a crate?

In terms of puppy training and socialization, do you have the time to devote to properly integrate a new puppy to your household? What time of year is better, Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter?

Are you prepared to follow the breeder’s Toller related recommendations on your puppy’s veterinary/immunization care?

Are you willing to maintain contact with the breeder and provide photos, letters and phone calls with any updates on puppy progress, brags or concerns?

Will you provide updates on address and phone numbers should that information change?

Do you give Oryxes permission to forward your contact information to another breeder in the event we don’t have a suitable puppy for you?
