Approve/not approve Ordinance 729: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF THE DEFINITION OF LIVESTOCK FEEDING OPERATION, AS ADOPTED BY SECTION 11-201, COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE LYONS MUNICIPAL CODE; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
